1) Tab Amodis 400mg -- 1+1+1 after meal for 5 days. 
2) Tab Probitor 20mg -- 1+0+1 -- 30min before meal for 10 days. 
3) ORS- mix one pack in 500ml water and drink after each loose motion.  
Please drink a lot of water and maintain liquid diet. Complete Azythrycin500 course of 7 days. If still, there is no improvement, immediately go to hospital. Thank you.
