Answer

If those spots are due to mosquito bites, then it will remove after few days, naturally. If not then dermatological consultation need to be taken for other differential diagnosis and specific treatment.

Complexities will be depend on the type of mosquito (as vector) and type of virus/infective agents, it carries within it (eg. Dengue, chikungunya etc).
