Thank you for asking Daktar-E. Make sure your son’s bowel and bladder habits are normal. Also make sure he is drinking enough water. As primary care, please give him Syp Napa - 3 TSF after meal if there is pain. Also give him soft foods which are easily digestible. If the pain does not reduce, must consult with a Peaditrician as soon as possible. Thank you.
